I3/I5 is an immunoassay analyzer: immunology menu only (inflammation, pancreatitis, SDMA, hormones, cardiac markers, infectious disease, titers). Cube is an integrated analyzer: chemistry and immunoassay on one device, up to 70+ parameters. If the clinic already has chemistry, I3/I5 covers immunology on its own.

No. Reagents are stored at 4–30 °C and are ready to use on opening — no warming to room temperature.
Yes. One device, two methods: quantitative and qualitative cartridges are read by the analyzer and the result is printed. On faint lines this is more precise than reading by eye.
