Questions about this model

Why 4-diff instead of 3-diff?

Eos# / Eos% give more clinical information from day one — allergy, parasites, inflammation. If 3-diff is enough — see BC-2800 / BC-20.

Is 9 μL enough for kittens?

The manufacturer positions a 9.0 μL micro sample — suited for small patients. We confirm the draw protocol during training.

Do I need a separate printer?

No: the built-in printer prints reports without a separate device. Wi‑Fi removes the extra network cable.

How many results are stored?

Memory for up to ~100,000 results with histograms; anomaly flags and clear alarm levels. Convenient for flow and shift review.

How often is maintenance?

maintenance once a week (not daily). Internal lysis with a level sensor reduces reagent consumption.
